By downloading or using the WaveLift app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription Terms

WaveLift Pro offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any workout videos and data you upload to the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Medical Disclaimer

WaveLift is designed for tracking fitness activities and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
